Depending on your fitness background and fitness goal, our coaches will give and guide you through a pre-designed workout in just 30 minutes. The workout combines cardiovascular and strength exercises designed to give you a full body workout as you complete the circuit. Exercises can be advanced or scaled down depending on what you can do so this is perfect even for gym newbies!

You Will Evolve

Our programs are dynamic and we continuously introduce new exercises so you won’t get tired of doing the same exercise routine. Our certified Circuit Training coaches are constantly designing new sets of exercises that will offer new challenges for your body. Our circuit also has different levels for you to choose from, depending on your fitness level and fitness goal. As you do it regularly, the goal is for you to progress and level up.

Group Effort

We know how it can be difficult to motivate yourself to exercise, especially when laziness kicks in. The truth is, it’s hard to exercise alone.  At 360˚ Fitness Club, we help you overcome laziness. Coaches are available to guide, motivate and push you to do your best. No efforts are being wasted.
The Circuit is also designed to foster teamwork. As you regularly train, you will be interacting with other club members and making friends, who will also be helping in motivating you, as you work in the Circuit. This is how fitness should be – a fun, interactive community.
 
 
 

 

HERE ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS OF CIRCUIT TRAINING

MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY – a greater return on the time investment, with more total work completed in a shorter amount of time. In fact, research shows that circuit training recruits the major muscle groups up to twice more than cycling and five times more than walking.

SIGNIFICANT CALORIC EXPENDITURE – approximately 5-9 kcal/minute, however, this number increases significantly when exercisers also perform aerobic intervals like in the 360 circuit.

IMPROVED BODY COMPOSITION AND HIGHER METABOLISM – decreases fat mass, and increases lean body mass and builds muscles that burn more calories both during exercise and at rest (basal metabolic rate) for a higher metabolism.
