BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.Experience the driving music and powerful role model instructors which make BODYCOMBAT™ the world’s most popular martial arts group fitness class. During this ultimate warrior workout, you’ll strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Power Yoga is basically a fitness-based approach to yoga. It is a mind and body workout that will help you improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, core power and mental focus. It will leave you feeling stronger, calmer, and more refreshed all at the same time. The classes are open to all. There will be options available to first timers.
Simply put, it’s a sequence of yoga postures linked by breath. Expect movement, and not just stretching. This class is open to all levels, especially to beginners to yoga.
Pole classes at 360 Fitness Club are being taught by Polecats Manila, the country’s premiere pole dancing group, and the only internationally certified pole dance instructors in the Philippines, certified by the International Pole Dance Fitness Association and Viva Vertical. The group is also the only one with a comprehensive pole curriculum that emphasizes proper technique and pole safety.
POLE DANCE – BEGINNERS 1
Learn the basics of pole dancing in this class, including basic pole safety. Learn spins, climbs, basic transitions and floorwork as you perform a choreographed number. It’s sexy, fun and challenging!
Relieve those tensed muscles with this gentle style of yoga practice that focuses on relaxing the body and calming the mind. Recover with Yin Yoga to improve your flexibility and range of motion to prepare you for your next workout. This class is open for all fitness levels.
We believe in fitness as a continuous lifestyle. That’s why we also want you to try out different fitness activities outside of the club. From time to time, we will organize frisbee sessions, basketball games, surfing trips, yoga or dance camps, bike rides, mountain climbs, and the like to help you live the fit and active lifestyle to its fullest.
